Allentown
Coming Soon! Cedar Creek Parkway–A destination playground will be built as a dynamic play area with expansive age-segregated play apparatuses that will promote active and creative forms of play. This playground earns the “destination” distinction because it will be the largest playground with the greatest number of multi-use features within a 100 mile radius. The playground will also be accessible to children with disabilities and will go above and beyond current ADA standards. The renovated park will feature NEOS electronic playsystems.
Allison Park
North Park–An accessible playground designed by GameTime is located on South Ridge Drive in Allegheny County’s North Park. The playground features double-wide ramps, specialized swings, handle bars, climbing walls and platforms capable of accommodating two passing wheelchairs. Unlike other rainbow-colored slides and rides in the park, the all-inclusive equipment has a black-and-gold Pittsburgh theme.

McCullough’s Dream–located at McCullough Elementary School, 213 Watt Road. In 2007 the McMullough School was chosen as the grand prize winner of the “PLAYSKOOL Win a Boundless™ Playground Essay Contest”. The essay written by a teacher and a parent, one of over 1000 essays, help them win a $300,000 Boundless playground. The school is the Penn-Trafford school district.
Dunmore
McHale Park is located behind the Dunmore Community Center at 1414 Monroe Avenue. There is a Boundless Playground™ within the park.
Harrisburg
Possibility Place
Possibility Place–located at the intersection of Nyes Road and Heatherfield Way in George Park in Lower Paxton Township. This Leathers and Associates playground includes a large treehouse with ramps at different levels, an airplane, a train, sensory panels and musical instruments, a large kaleidoscope in a lookout tower, play areas connected by wide ramps and open spaces, and a recording studio and stage.
Haverford Township
Freedom Playground–located at the new Park and Community Center at Haverford Reserve between Darby and Marple Roads. The community built playground includes an extensive variety of activities that promote social interaction, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and sensory integration. A few features include: a music/stage area, a sand table, a rock wall, musical instruments, climbing nets, a texture wall, tree house with rocking deck, misters, and much more. This is a Leathers & Associates Playground.
Horsham
Everybody’s Playground–located just off of Dresher Road. Built by the local Rotary, this sprawling PlayBooster® playstructure is inclusive for all abilities. Poured-in-place safety surfacing allow for easy accessibility to the structure, and an extensive ramping system takes kids right to the heart of the action. Lots of play components welcome all ages and abilities including the Sway Fun® glider. Playground equipment is from Landscape Structures Inc and was built by General Recreation.
Manchester Township
Inspiring H.O.P.E. Playground–located at 1060 Church Road off Church and Greenbrier roads. The playground is a Leathers and Associates playground and was built by volunteers. The playground includes accessible rubber playground surface, ramps accessible swings , an elevated activities on the railings, quiet areas and much more. Inspiring H.O.P.E.playground is 13,000-square-foot.
Matamoras
Firefly Field–located in Airport Park, 608 Avenue. The playground includes a unique Excavating Pit – a spacious, cool and comfortable sand area, the Curved Track Ride – a fun glide ride that offers 8 to 12 year olds a challenging workout, the magnificent Playweb designed to build balance and creative thinking for 4 year olds and up, and a Sway Fun- a giant adaptive glider offering exciting movement for children of all ages. These are just a few of the over 50 pieces of play equipment at Firefly Field. Also included are numerous wheel chair accessible covered areas and pavilions, all ideal for picnics and caregiver comfort.
McKeesport
White Oak Park, an Allegheny County Park, located at 3 Muse Lane. The playground includes wheelchair-accessible ramps and platforms wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass one another. They also have specialized swings designed for different age groups as well as handlebars at the slides and climbing walls.
Mechanicsburg
Adventure Zone Playground--located on the ground so Capital Area Christian Church, 1775 Lambs Gap Rd. Adventure Zone Playground will be part of a 53 acre community park being developed by Capital Area Christian Church. The park also includes picnic pavilions, soccer fields, volleyball courts, softball fields, a winter recreation area, and fitness trail. This is a Leathers and Associates designed playground.
Mountville

Natrona Heights
Harrison Hills Park, an Allegheny County park located at 5200 Freeport Road. The playground includes wheelchair-accessible ramps and platforms wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass one another. They also have specialized swings designed for different age groups as well as handlebars at the slides and climbing walls.
Oakdale
Settler’s Cabin Park, an Allegheny County Park, located at 1225 Greer Road. The playground includes wheelchair-accessible ramps and platforms wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass one another. They also have specialized swings designed for different age groups as well as handlebars at the slides and climbing walls.
Plum
Boyce Park–All-inclusive playground located near O’Block Playground off of Monroeville Trestle Road (Center Road). The playground designed by GameTime and sponsored by Allegheny County features wheelchair-accessible ramps and platforms wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass one another, specialized swings designed for different age groups and handlebars at the slides and climbing walls.
Scranton
McDade Park–200 Adams Avenue. There is a Boundless Playground located within the park. Other facilities at McDade Park include a pool, fishing pond, playing field, pavilions and picnic tables, trails and a bocce court. The Coal Mine Tour and the Anthracite Museum are also on the property.
Nay Aug–Arthur Ave. and Mulberry St., The City of Scranton’s largest park, Nay Aug, has walking trails, picnic areas, kid-friendly rides, two playgrounds, two Olympic-sized swimming pools and waterslide complex number among the attractions. The Everhart Museum is also located within the park. A rock-strewn gorge and waterfalls add to the allure and have been named a National Natural Landmark. A pedestrian footbridge allows access parkland across the Roaring Brook untouched for many years. The David Wenzel accessible treehouse overlooks the gorge, rising an awesome 150 feet above. South Abington Township
The Abington Area Community Park is located on PA Route 307, or Winola Road. The park is bordered by the Clarks Summit State Hospital and the Scranton Country Club, and contains the Abington Senior Center on its property. There is a Boundless Playground™ within the park. There is a lake which is open for public fishing, and there are two handicapped accessible fishing piers. Picnic tables and walking trails surround the lake as well.
South Park
South Park, an Allegheny County Park, located on Buffalo Drive. The playground includes wheelchair-accessible ramps and platforms wide enough for two wheelchairs to pass one another. They also have specialized swings designed for different age groups as well as handlebars at the slides and climbing walls.
